Privacy
We keep as little as we can.
What we keep
- Which provider you signed in with (X, Google or GitHub) and your account id there.
- Your username or display name, and the address of your avatar picture.
- Your ideas and your votes.
- Anything you add through features built here, like a guestbook entry or a square on a canvas, shown with your username.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
What we don’t
- Your email address. We never ask for it.
- Your password. You sign in on your provider’s own page.
- Access to your account. The provider’s token is used once to read your public profile, then thrown away. We can’t post for you.
- Trackers, analytics or ads. There are none on this site.
You’re in control
- Sign out at any time from the top of the page.
- Take back any vote, and withdraw your idea, any time before the voting window’s timer ends.
- Remove anything you added through a feature on the site. The person running the site can remove anything that breaks the rules.
- Once a window closes, its winning idea stays in the public history of the site, credited to its author.
- Full account deletion will be self-service before the public launch. Until then, ask the person running the site.
One exception to “nothing from outside”: avatar pictures load from your sign-in provider’s image server (GitHub, Google or X), the same way they appear on those sites. Ideas and usernames are public on this site — that’s the point of it.
The text of your idea is sent to Claude, Anthropic’s AI, to check it against the rules. If it wins, it’s sent again with your username so the AI can build it and credit you. Nothing else about you is sent.
